OVERVIEW
This annual event is open to all BBDC members and their trainees.
U of T endocrine residents are also welcome to attend. The Scientific Day
is designed to provide an opportunity for our members to exchange
scientific information and ideas, and to assist in the development of
collaborative diabetes-related research activities. It also
provides an opportunity for BBDC trainees to network and present their
research. BBDC postdoctoral fellowship and graduate
studentship recipients will present posters of their work, and winners
of the Annual Trainee Awards Competition will be announced. The
event will focus on the latest diabetes research topics with both
clinical and laboratory applications.
