Diabetes Educator of the Year Award - 2009

The 2009 award recipient is:

Carolyn Lawton, RN (EC), MScN, ACNP, CDE
Nurse Practitioner, Diabetes
Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto

The award will be presented to Ms. Lawton at the Toronto Diabetes Association Annual Meeting which will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at the Mount Sinai Hospital Auditorium, Toronto.
